ABOUT ME
Working in real estate since 1968 has given me a broad perspective of market conditions and cycles. As the founder and president of a real estate management and investment firm from 1976-2002, I earned a reputation for professionalism, ethical conduct, and placing my clients needs first and foremost. I’ve developed a solid foundation of knowledge and experience in residential, commercial and investment real estate.
My husband and I first visited Grass Valley/Nevada City in 1985 and built our second home here. We’ve also developed residential and commercial projects in Grass Valley, Nevada City and Penn Valley and own rental property in Nevada County.
I’ve had the privilege of working with many clients over the years, whether a first time home-buyer, relocating executive or real estate investor looking for a tax-deferred exchange. I continue to enjoy long-term relationships with many of my clients and you are invited to contact them for a personal recommendation.
